This incredible Georgian Property is situated just a few hundred metres from the heart of Bath, making it the perfect base from which to explore . From its position in the Centre of Bath it is just a short walk to the Abbey, the Roman Baths and the Thermae Bath Spa. A few minutes in the other direction and you find yourself at the beautiful Royal Crescent with its views over the City and easy access to the picturesque Victoria Park .

 

Location

 

The property is located a stone’s throw away from the historic centre, and the main shopping and restaurant districts of Bath. With some amazing sights and fabulous restaurants easily explored on foot there is no need for taxi or public transport. Set close to the restaurants and bars on George Street it is in one of the most beautiful areas of Bath surrounded by amazing Georgian architecture, parks and attractions.

 

Bedrooms

 

The house with its high ceilings and myriad of period features has spacious accommodation set over 5 floors. This comprises of 6 luxurious bedrooms, sleeping 2-4 people.  These rooms can be arranged to accommodate up to 17 people with our twin/super king beds being easily arranged into a combination of double and single beds to suit your needs. Additional trundle beds make perfect extra beds for family gatherings.  All our sheets and towels are pure Egyptian cotton. Each guest is provided with fluffy bathrobe to use during their stay.

 

Bathrooms

 

The Property contains 3 bathrooms; 2 family bathrooms with a bath and shower, 1 further bathroom with shower over bath and 2 separate WC's.  All our bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury Cowshed toiletries and products for your use during your stay. Each guest is provided with luxurious towels and a dressing gown to be used during their stay at NO.14.  

 

Living Accommodation

You enter the house on the ground floor where there is a large bedroom and family bathroom.  The back door leads out to a patio with steps up to the lawns.  On the lower ground floor, the stunning kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a large fridge freezer..  The dining table comfortably seats 17 people and forms the central hub of this gorgeous space.  

​Upstairs, you will find a large drawing room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the hills surrounding Bath, equipped with a 50 inch TV and large comfortable sofas.  There is an additional bedroom on this floor.

On the second floor there is the vast Master Bedroom and family bathroom and on the third floor, there are two good size twin/superking bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds.

 

 

Arrival & Departure:

 

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.

 To make life easier for your group, you may want to consider ordering an online food shop to be delivered upon your arrival.

 

Parking:

 

Due to the property’s central location, on street parking is not available outside the property. However, there is a long stay car park located close by on Charlotte Street that, for the reasonable cost of £14.50 per 24hr period.  Sometimes, we have Central Zone parking permits so please ask.  These cannot be guaranteed and are £10.00 per permit.
