Brittons Farm Estate is a stunning property located on the edge of World Heritage City of Bath and the South Cotswolds. This beautiful 1643 Jacobean property is set in 42 acres of stunning countryside designated an official area of outstanding beauty (AONB) and area of conservation. The whole of the property and its ancillary accommodation has been completely renovated to the very highest standards.

 

Location

 

Just 5 minutes drive from the centre of town, this amazing property is perfectly placed for a quick stroll in the countryside or to enjoy the amazing array of shops and bars and restaurants that Bath has to offer. This safe and stunning location provides the perfect base to explore the historic City of Bath and the surrounding Cotswolds.

Bedrooms

There are 4 wonderful bedrooms.  On the ground floor is the living room with large dining area.  This area links through to a small kitchen with over, hob and large fridge freezer.  There is one bedroom accessed from the kitchen with ensuite.  Upstairs there is another large ensuite bedroom and then the additional two bedrooms are accessed via the courtyard (PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN DUE TO THE EXTERNAL ACCESS).  All of our sheets and towels are pure Egyptian cotton and there is a dressing gown for every guest to use during their stay.

Bathrooms

 

Every bedroom has an ensuite .  All of the bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury White Company toiletries and products for use during your stay. 

​

 

Living Accommodation

 

The living accommodation is perfect for a small group with comfortable sofas in the living room and a large flat screen TV.  The kitchen is well stocked and the cottage is equipped with an 8 seater oak dining table, one oven, one hob and all the necessary kitchen provisions. The layout makes it not just a great place to cook and eat, but also perfect for socialising, dinner parties and events. From the ground floor hallway you have access to the wonderful patio and lawn area behind the cottages, offering you privacy from the main house.

THE HOT TUB IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO GUESTS IN THE MAIN HOUSE AND NOT TO THOSE WHO BOOK ONLY THE COTTAGES.

Arrival & Departure:

 

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.

​

To make life easier for your group, you may want to consider ordering an online food shop to be delivered upon your arrival.

 

 

Parking:

 

There is parking for up to 4 cars on the large driveway.  We can easily assist with mini bus taxis into the centre of Bath making it an easy but relaxing choice for a group gathering.
