This incredible 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern, open plan property is located just a short drive from Bath’s central cultural and restaurant districts. Beautiful bedrooms, luxurious living spaces and a huge open-plan kitchen, make this property the perfect destination for larger groups.  Coupled with a large garden and hot tub, this house is fantastic for gatherings of family and friends.

Location

 

Just 10 minutes drive from the centre of town, this amazing property is perfectly placed for a quick stroll in the countryside or to enjoy the amazing array of shops and bars and restaurants that Bath has to offer. This safe and stunning location provides the perfect base to explore the historic City of Bath and the surrounding Cotswolds.

Bedrooms

There are 5 wonderful bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with our huge super king beds. These beds can easily be converted into superking or single beds to suit your needs, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. 14 beds are full size and there are two additional trundle beds with pocket sprung mattresses for additional guests (up to a maximum of 16 guests in total).  All of our sheets and towels are pure Egyptian cotton.

Bathrooms

 

There are 3 gorgeous bathrooms. There is a large family bathroom with bath and wet rooms area, a smaller family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, an additional ensuite shower room as well as a further WC. All of the bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury cowshed toiletries and products for use during your stay. Each guest is also provided with a luxurious fluffy bathrobe and to use during their stay at Vineyards.

Living Accommodation

 

The living accommodation is perfect for large groups with a super comfortable 14 seater sofa in the living room (and additional pouffes) and an enormous flat screen TV, with sound system for all your entertainment needs. The kitchen is open plan, equipped with a 16 seater oak dining table, underfloor heating, a double wide American style fridge freezer, 3 ovens and all the necessary kitchen provisions. Making it not just a great place to cook and eat, but also perfect for socialising, dinner parties and events. From here you have access to the wonderful patio area with dining area, sofas and hot tub with steps that lead up to the 150ft garden,

Arrival & Departure:

 

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.

To make life easier for your group, you may want to consider ordering an online food shop to be delivered upon your arrival.

 

 

Parking:

 

There is a private, gated driveway to the property and parking for a large number of cars.  We can easily assist with mini bus taxis into the centre of Bath making it an easy but relaxing choice for a group gathering.
