Littledown Farm Cottages are two stunning cottages with probably the best view in Bath. They are newly constructed from the farm's old cow sheds and each Cottage has an enormous terrace and private garden to soak up the view from.  They make the perfect base from which to explore all that Bath has to offer while getting the peace and tranquility of the surrounding countryside.

 

Location

 

The property is located a few minutes drive from the historic centre, main shopping and restaurant districts of Bath. With some amazing sights and fabulous restaurants easily explored on foot Littledown Farm Cottages ensure a peaceful stay in our beautiful city. Set just up Lansdown Road, it is in one of the most beautiful areas of bath surrounded by amazing Georgian architecture, parks and attractions.  At the end of the driveway lies The Hare & Hounds which is one of the best gastropubs in Bath with large open fires and fantastic food and local beers.

 

Bedrooms

 

Recently renovated it has 1 Beautiful bedroom. This comfortably accommodates up to 2 people with our luxury king sized bed.  There is also a sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 additional guests.  All of our bedding and towels are made from pure, soft Egyptian cotton.

 

Bathrooms

 

The property has 1 stylish, brand new shower room and comes fully stocked with a range of luxurious Cowshed toiletries and beauty products for you to use during your stay.   All of our guests receive a fluffy bathrobe for use during their stay.

Living Accommodation

 

On entering the property you find the beautiful kitchen with large open plan dining room complete with a 4 seater  table, and with the fully equipped kitchen, this is the perfect space for family meals. A gorgeous living space with a huge flat screen TV and a large 3 seater sofa and armchair makes a perfect place to relax and socialise with all your guests. A door leads out onto a pretty terrace with seating and for those sunny days and a small terraced garden at the front of the property.

 

Arrival & Departure:

 

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.

 

You can arrange catering by Cavendish Cooks and to have the meals delivered and put in the fridge ready for you to just warm in the oven (their food is amazing and can easily be out in a casserole dish and passed off as your own). You may also want to consider an on-line shop for all your food requirements rather than bringing food with you

 

Parking:

 

Like any city centre location parking is restricted although we are lucky to have a large parking area on the adjoining farm for you to park up to 2 cars right next to the cottages.

Provisions:

 

We provide cereals, tea, coffee, cleaning products and toilet roll and you will receive a welcome pack of milk, butter, bread, orange juice and some pastries and croissants when you arrive.
