This quirky cottage is two joined properties linked by a shared sunny courtyard and entrance hall located just a short drive from Bath’s central cultural and restaurant districts. Stylish bedrooms, large, luxurious living space and an open-plan kitchen make this property the perfect destination for medium size groups.  Coupled with a small garden, hot tub and plenty of parking, this house is fantastic for gatherings of family and friends.

Location

Just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Bath, this amazing property is perfectly placed for a quick stroll in the countryside or to enjoy the amazing array of shops and bars and restaurants that Bath has to offer. This safe and stunning location provides the perfect base to explore the historic City of Bath and the surrounding Cotswolds.

Bedrooms

​

There are 4/5 wonderful bedrooms (bedrooms 4 & 5 are in Sursum Vestry with one downstairs and one upstairs but an open staircase between them thus limiting privacy and making them suitable for a family or friends rather than two couples) and the option of sofa beds in the living areas.  All of our sheets and towels are pure Egyptian cotton.  Within Mission Hall, Bedroom 2 offers a superking bed and additional single bed.  These can all be arranged as single beds if it suits you.  Bedroom 1 is a double for up to 2 people.  Ther bedroom upstairs can be a Super king or two singles and there are also two additional single trundle beds.  In The Vestry, the King bed is upstairs and the SuperKing is downstairs with access to two private terraces.  Both sofas in Mission Hall are also King sofa beds.

Bathrooms

​

There are 4 shower rooms, one off the kitchen in Mission Hall, one off the living room and an ensuite off the bedroom with sleeps 4.  There is an ensuite with a shower over the bath in The Vestry.  All of the bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury cowshed toiletries and products for use during your stay. Each guest is also provided with a luxurious fluffy bathrobe and to use during their stay.

Living Accommodation

​

The living accommodation is perfect for large groups with two super comfortable 5 seater sofas in the living room (and additional pouffes) and an enormous flat screen TV.  The kitchen is open plan and has a large oak dining table,  Making it not just a great place to cook and eat, but also perfect for socialising, dinner parties and events. From here you have access to front and rear patio areas with dining area and a BBQ.

Outside:

​

There is a huge sunny courtyard which links both properties and has plenty of comfortable seating for you to use.  At the rear of the property, there is a wooded patio area with a covered hot tub for use during your stay.  There is an additional terrace at the rear of the Vestry with beautiful lit up trees and an additional sunny walled patio garden to the front.

Arrival & Departure:

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.

To make life easier for your group, you may want to consider ordering an online food shop to be delivered upon your arrival.

Parking:

​

There is a private driveway with parking for up to 4 cars.  We can easily assist with mini bus taxis into the centre of Bath making it an easy but relaxing choice for a group gathering.
