This brand new 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse is perfect for large groups of family and friends looking for a plenty of space and easy parking but close to everything Bath and the surrounding areas have to offer. Beautiful bedrooms, open and comfortable living spaces and a large open-plan kitchen make this property the perfect destination for groups of up to 8 people (plus  a travel cot).  Coupled with a private garden, this house is fantastic for gatherings of family and friends.

 

The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining area with a very large living area with large, comfortable sofas, leading out to the garden.  One bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite toilet and then there are three further bedrooms upstairs.  The Master Bedroom and the second double bedroom have an ensuite bathroom and there is another family bathroom on the first floor.

Just 5 minutes drive from the centre of town, this amazing property is perfectly placed for a quick stroll in the countryside or to enjoy the amazing array of shops and bars and restaurants that Bath has to offer. This safe and stunning location provides the perfect base to explore the historic City of Bath and the surrounding Cotswolds.  With Victoria Park and it's stunning Botanical Gardens just a stone's throw away and a lovely route into town, this property really enables you to explore the beautiful parts of Bath on foot.

Bedrooms

There are 4 wonderful bedrooms.  On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with ensuite toilet.  On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and then a further twin bedroom.  In total there are 4 single beds and two double beds.  All of our sheets and towels are pure Egyptian cotton and there is a dressing gown for every guest to use during their stay.

Bathrooms

 

There are two ensuite bathrooms and one gorgeous family bathrooms and an additional WC.  All of the bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of luxury Cowshed toiletries and products for use during your stay. 

​

 

Living Accommodation

 

The living accommodation is perfect for a group with a comfortable sofas in the living room and a large flat screen TV.  The kitchen is open plan, equipped with an 8 seater dining table, oven, hobs and all the necessary kitchen provisions. The layout makes it not just a great place to cook and eat, but also perfect for socialising, dinner parties and events. From the ground floor living room and kitchen you have access to the wonderful patio and lawn area with outside seating.

We like to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times so please discuss this with us upon booking.

To make life easier for your group, you may want to consider ordering an online food shop to be delivered upon your arrival.

 

 

Parking:

 

There is allocated parking for up to 3 cars on the private driveway.  We can easily assist with mini bus taxis into the centre of Bath making it an easy but relaxing choice for a group gathering.
